The present invention provides housing for spacing planar devices in a stacked relationship and snap assemblies for making connections between a base and cover of the housing. The snap assemblies are also useful for making conduit terminations. Support members are shaped with a plurality of support steps gradually decreasing in size as the support steps extend upwardly from the rear wall to support the planar devices. The snap is shaped with at least one retaining step extending downward from the cover. The position of the retaining steps corresponds to the position of the support steps. A planar devices like circuit board is mounted therebetween.
