PURPOSE:To obtain all items of preventive maintenance and the time for execution accurately with minimum man power by making data processing systemati cally and processing a vast amount of data by a unified standard. CONSTITUTION:In data processing, a unit master 1 is prepared first and a unit designation 2 is made. Then, a list of goods for supply 4 is prepared, and an objective kind of machine of an objective unit 3 is called out by a selecting section 5 basing on the list. A machine type code is collated for the called objective machine kind based on a machine type master 6 registered beforehand in a memory, and items of preventive maintenance are stored in the memory. Then, a list plant of items of preventive maintenance is outputted by a preparation section 9 and history data are printed for each item. The list sheet of items of preventive maintenance for all goods for supply is outputted by similar operation. By making data processing systematically as mentioned above, items of preventive maintenance and time for execution can be obtained accurately without omission with minimum man power without causing omission or mistake of entry. |
