PURPOSE:To prevent efficiently the use of an illegal terminal without increasing the storage capacity of the terminal equipment and the network by reading a signal to be stored at succeeding call connection, comparing the signal with a received signal and permitting the communication only when they are coincident. CONSTITUTION:When a call termination request is made from a terminal equipment 7 of a network, a random number generating section 9 of a radio control station 3 generates a random number and a storage section 11 stores the random umber corresponding to the ID number of the relevant terminal equipment. The random number is sent from the network to the terminal equipment 7, the random number is stored to a memory 19 of the terminal equipment 7, when a call connection request comes from the terminal equipment 7 to the network, the random number stored in the memory 19 of the terminal equipment 7 is read and sent to the network. The random number received and the random number stored in the storage section 11 are collated in the network and only when they are coincident, the terminal equipment is discriminated to be a legal terminal equipment, the talking enable signal is sent to the terminal equipment and the communication is made between the terminal equipment. |
