<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a photocoupler which has a high output and responds at a high speed without performing circuit correction by means of external parts. CONSTITUTION:The light receiving section of this photocoupler is constituted by connecting in series at least two or more photodiodes 4 and 5 which are connected to a bipolar transistor 8. A resistor 11 is connected between the base and emitter of the transistor 8. The two or more photodiodes multiply a photoelectric current plural times and the resistor 11 quickly removes parasitic capacities from the base of the transistor 8.</p> |
