PURPOSE:To provide a portable medical care system capable of easily updating a processing program of a portable medical care device such as an electrocardiograph by a user for a long time. CONSTITUTION:The system consists of the portable medical care device 100 and a processor 200 to be connected thereto. The device 100 is provided with a communication interface means 210 with the processor 200, a program reading/ storing means for reading out a processing program and storing it in a storing means and a program executing means for executing the read processing program and the processor 100 is provided with an interface means 240 with an external storage medium 300, a program reading means for reading out the processing program from the medium 300 through the means 240, a communication interface means with the device 100, and a program sending means for sending the read program to the device 100, so that the processing program to be executed by the device 100 can be updated. |
