<p>PURPOSE:To easily adjust the transmission delay time (phase difference) between stations in the system where a speech path handled by an exchange is used to relay and transmit a synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION:An address counter 101 is initialized by the synchronizing signal received from a higher-order exchange and is counted up by a signal synchronized with the frame pulse of a highway down signal 7. Plural patterns of signal information corresponding to one period of the synchronizing signal to be sent are stored with various phases in a ROM 102 for sending signal information, and the synchronizing signal to be sent to a lower-order exchange is generated based on data which is read out with the output of the address counter 101 and the output of a phase pattern designating switch 104 as the address, thereby performing the phase adjustment.</p> |
