摘要

PURPOSE:To accurately inspect the saturation of an image pickup element in a short time by using a light source which adjusts the quantity of light with the size of the window of a chart and interpolation processing. CONSTITUTION:The light source which adjusts the quantity of light irradiating the solid image pickup element 1 by selecting a chart on a chart-group disk 9 fitted with plural charts differing in window size and a processing part 6 which processes data in a digital image memory 5, controls the quantity of variation in the quantity of light by the chart group disk 9, and interpolates the relation between the output signal value of the solid image pickup element 1 and each quantity of light are used to accurately inspect the saturation of the solid image pickup element in a short time.
