<p>PURPOSE:To provide the scroll control system which makes the frame match with a display range to display a picture even in the case of multiframe display on a picture display device. CONSTITUTION:This system is characterized as follows; a mode is selected by the button operation of a mouse (step 1); and in the case of a mode 1, the distance of movement from the present position of the picture is calculated by the extent of movement of the mouse (step, 2), and a display start position is determined in accordance with the calculated distance of movement (step 3), and the picture is displayed from the display start position (step 4), and this display start position is set as the present position (step 5), and the control is returned to the step 1. In the case of a mode 2, the frame including the present position of the picture is obtained (step 7), and the position of the left upper corner of the frame is set as the display start position (step 8), and the picture is displayed from this display start position (steps 4 to 6). In the case of a mode 3, the direction of movement from the present position of the picture is obtained in accordance with the extent of movement (step 9), and the display start position is calculated based on the frame size in accordance with the obtained direction of movement (step 10), and the picture is displayed from the display start position (steps 4 to 6).</p> |
