PURPOSE:To obtain a highly weather-resistant solar battery module with a resin having an extremely high steam and oxygen transmission preventing functions by piling up an oxygen transmission preventing layer and layer of a saturated hydrocarbon polymer which is hardened by a hydrosilylation reaction. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous Si solar battery can be formed in a single cell or tandem cells when a transparent electrode 2, amorphous Si semiconductor 3, and metallic electrode 4 or the electrode 4, semiconductor 3, and electrode 2 are successively formed on a substrate 1. The saturated hydrocarbon polymer used for the solar battery must contain (A) a hydrocarbon hardening agent containing two hydrosilyl groups in one molecule, (B) a polymer which contains one alkenyl group at its molecular end and has a main chain composed of isobutylene, hydrogenated polyisoprene, or hydrogenated polybutadiene, and (C) hydrosilylation catalyst. Therefore, a highly weather resistant solar battery module which is highly durable in a high-humidity atmosphere and has a two- layer sealing resin structure can be obtained. |
