<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the noise filter capable of preventing noise generated at the outside such as a ground wire or the like of a printed circuit board invaded on a signal line through the inside of a sintered body and evading the malfunction of a semiconductor component. CONSTITUTION:At least one through-electrode 5 is embeded in the inside of a sintered body made of a semiconductor ceramics having a varistor characteristic and both end faces 5a, 5b of the through-electrode 5 are connected to input output electrodes 3 formed to both end faces 2a, 2b of the sintered body 2. Then a common electrode 6 is formed to the surface of the sintered body 2 in crossing with the through-electrode 5 and the said common electrode 6 is connected to a ground electrode 4 formed to side faces 2c, 2d of the sintered body 2 to form the noise filter 1.</p> |
