<p>PURPOSE:To enhance moving speed of an electronic component by enabling a high speed cutting of lead wires. CONSTITUTION:If non-cutting parts 6 of a pair of cutters 1 small in diameter are made to confront each other, a lead wire 4 is passed between the cutters 1, whereby an electronic component can be transferred. The cutters 1 are revolved synchronizing with each other, and the cutting parts 5 cut the wire lead 4 coming into contact with it at the time when the cutting parts 5 of the cutters 1 confront each other. Thereafter, if the cutters 1 are stopped making the non-cutting parts 6 confront each other, a lead wire is able to pass through the cutters 1. When lead wires 4 are successively cut, the cutters 1 are made to rotate continuously.</p> |
