PURPOSE:To enable a flexible combination in use by selecting the information of OR/AND control lines based on the detection of power supply to a master outlet and controlling the power switch of a slave outlet with the accepted information. CONSTITUTION:A current sensor 3 senses the power application to a master outlet 2, outputting it to a discriminating device 4. The discriminating device 4 sends OR and AND discrimination signals through signal lines b and b' to the OR line (c) and AND line (d). The AC supply control by a slave outlet 6 is performed by turning on a switch 8 based on the state of the OR line (c) and AND line (d), supplying the AC to the slave outlet 6. Thus, the power supply to the slave outlet 6 can be controlled even being used independently. When a plurarity of power controllers are connected as a unit, either of OR line control or AND line control can be performed for each unit. That is, as the operation can be made easy by producing the flexible combinations according to the application, the power can be controlled efficiently.
