<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a coloring paste for the color resist without causing dangerousness in handling and environmental pollution, without the transparency and color quality being deteriorated even if the pigment concn. in the paste is increased and having a narrow film thickness distribution when the coating film is formed on a trasparent substrate. CONSTITUTION:This paste consists essentially of water, surfactant, org. pigment and dispersant, and a lower aliphatic alcohol is incorporated as the additive. Since the lower alcohol is added, frothing is not caused in the kneading stage to produce the paste, the transparency and color quality of the paste are improved, the wettability with a transparent substrate is improved, and the film thickness distribution is narrowed.</p> |
