PURPOSE:To improve a service to a customer in a communication sales, and to promote the acquirement of the customer by synthesizing the image of the appearance of the user with an electronic catalog information, and displaying it. CONSTITUTION:The face or whole body of a user 200 is photographed through a television camera 205 provided at a catalog reproducing device, and registered in an appearance registering memory 210. At the time of reproducing the catalog information, preliminarily recorded model information 215 is displayed at a television screen, and at the time of pressing an appearance change button provided at a remote control unit, the appearance of the customer registered in the memory 210 is synthesized with the catalog information 215 by an image synthesizing device 230, and displayed as a synthesized image 225. Thus, the user can actually confirm by sight the catalog information which is conventionally imaged only in mind, and the number of returned goods can be decreased. Therefore, the service to the customer can be improved, and the acquirement of the customer can be promoted. |
