PURPOSE:To stabilize picture reproducibility including preservability, to stably and firmly attach the layers to one another and to attain steady printing durability by incorporating a compd. contg. an org. silyl group into a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer and an ink repelling layer are successively laminated on a substrate, and a compd. having the org. silyl group is incorporated into the photosensitive layer. The org. silyl group is a hydrolyzable active silyl group or a non-hydrolyzable silyl group. The compd. having an org. silyl group is a compd. having an org. silyl group and a photosensitive group, and the compd. having an org. silyl group is at least one kind of compd. selected from a group consisting of an ethylenic unsaturated compd., a diazo compd. and a quinone diazide compd. The org. silyl group means an org. functional group having an Si atom and mainly means a functional group having an-Si-O-Cor -Si-C-coupling. |
