摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacturing an improve performance by forming crystalline grain boundary between a part on an inclined surface of an oxide superconductive thin film and another part to be a barrier wall. CONSTITUTION:This body is mainly constituted by Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x oxide superconductive thin film 1 which is formed on an MgO substrate 3. The MgO substrate 3 is provided with (100) surfaces 31 and 32 whose heights are different as film forming surfaces and an inclined surface 33 between them. The Y1Ba2Cu3 O7-x film is separated into superconductive regions 11 and 12 by a separation region 13. The separation region 13 is formed on the inclined surface 33 due to influence of the inclined surface 33 of the MgO substrate. Namely, the MgO substrate greatly influence the direction on the Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x crystal, thus generating crystalline grain boundaries 41 and 42 between the superconductive regions 11 and 12 and the separation region 13 as a barrier wall and achieving improved characteristics as Josephson junction since the barrier wall is extremely sharp.
