CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a fixed wavelength filter 7 selecting a wavelength of its reception signal and receiving the selected signal, an optical receiver 6, a frame detector 1 detecting a frame pulse, an optical delay line 3 delaying the optical signal from the optical transmission line 9 by a packet length of a transmission signal from an optical transmitter 4, a 2X2 optical switch 2 selecting the optical signal to the position of the delay line 3 or the position of a through-side, the optical transmitter 4 and a photocoupler 5 used to send its own transmission signal, and a controller 8 receiving the transmission request signal, awaiting the frame pulse outputted from the frame detector, and outputting a control signal used to select the 2X2 optical switch 2 from the through-position into the position of the optical delay line 3 and a control signal for sending its own transmission signal to the optical transmission line 10 simultaneously.
