PURPOSE:To increase the sales of a store by diagnosing plan information on the arrangement by article display shelves and article kinds according to a diagnostic reference which is separately accumulated in advance. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic unit 4 includes a means which inputs the arrangements by the article display shelves arrayed in one store and the article kinds to a storage means 3 as the plan information. a means for sales data input. a diagnosing means which diagnoses the plan information according to the diagnostic reference separately accumulated in advance, an output means 5 which outputs its result, and a means which displays the plan information on the screen of a CRT display device 2, corrects the plan information by operation input from an operation input terminal 1, and substitutes the result for the information stored in the storage means 3. Further, the unit 4 includes a proposing means which generates a proposal for the article array according to a previously accumulated proposal reference and a means which displays the proposal on the screen of the CRT display device 2. |
