<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a solenoid valve having the least parts for cutting down the processing cost and manhours. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical part 32 of a retaining member wherein a sliding hole 4 whereinto a movable iron core 6 is slidably inserted is formed is arranged in a magnetic circuit 36. Besides, the retaining member is formed of a raw material whose magnetic characteristic is convertible to non-magnetic or ferromagnetic one. Next, the cylindrical part 32 is formed by machining steps leaving it in non-magnetic state while the flange part 34 of the retaining member is cold-pressed so as to convert the magnetic characteristic into ferromagnetic one. Finally, the cylindrical part 32 as the non-magnetic part to form the magnetic circuit 36 is formed in the movable iron core 6.</p> |
