<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the state control delay in a self-monitoring system by ending the inspection if the state information signal changes during the inspection of a control circuit part. CONSTITUTION:When the 1st and 2nd holding signals C1 and C2 are inputted, the 1st and 2nd signal holding means 11 and 12 hold the signals C1 and C2 respectively and then output these signals as they are. A signal switch means 20 switches a switch signal C3 is inputted to a test signal S3 and otherwise outputs the switched state information holding signal S2 as a processing signal S4. A control circuit part 30 monitors the signal S4 and outputs a state control signal S5. An operation inspecting means 40 outputs the signals C1, C2, C3 and S3 in each prescribed cycle and decides the operating state of the part 30. A state change detecting means 50 detects the change of a state information signal S1 and outputs a state change signal C4.</p> |
