发明名称 AC MOTOR CONTROL METHOD FOR ELECTRIC AUTOMOBILE
摘要 PURPOSE:To realize quick increase of recovery torque upto a set level by making an instantaneous switching to a highest operational frequency of inverter being set depending on the position signal of an operated speed change gear. CONSTITUTION:Current is fed from power source of electric automobile, i.e., a main battery 1, through a non-fuse breaker NFB 2 to an inverter 3. The inverter 3 inverts DC power of the main battery 1 into AC power to be fed to an induction motor 5. A controller 4 delivers ON/OFF signal to a power element in the inverter 3 thus controlling the output. Mechanical output of the induction motor 5 is transmitted through a reduction gear 6, a transmission 7, and a differential gear 8 to wheels 9. Highest frequency of the inverter 3 is set for each gear ratio of the transmission 7. Consequently, vehicle-mounted induction motor 5 is fully operated to apply regenerative brake.
