Installation of a mill for animal feed and food products of the type which comprises a structural casing in the form of a hopper. At the top of this casing there are one or more feed hoppers provided with an adjustable closure and equipped with forced-feed devices regulated by an electronic variator which allows controlled feeding of the mill. Said installation also has a hot-air discharge system regulated and controlled by a thermostat which comes into operation upon detecting a critical temperature. This mill can grind any type of brittle products. <IMAGE>
