PURPOSE:To reduce man-hour and cost, decreasing dispersion in characteristic. CONSTITUTION:A glass paste 8 is printed to a part of one side of a dielectric block 2 to which input and output electrodes 6, 7 are formed in nearly a square. After the glass paste 8 is printed, the lock is fired and glass insulation film 9 is formed on the surface of the dielectric block 2 except the glass paste 8. After the insulation film 9 is formed, the dielectric block 2 is copper-plated and the electrode film is formed to the part except the glass insulation film 9. The electrode film forms an outer conductor 5. Then the inside of the insulation film 9 is formed as the input and output electrodes 6, 7. The electrode film is formed in a hole 3 by copper plating and the electrode film at one open end is cut off to form the inner conductor to the inner peripheral face of the hole 3. |
