PURPOSE:To enable anybody to almost have ability in 2nd-grade bookkeeping alone by making the learner learn journalization questions with a journalization learning menu and displaying settlements of accounts with a settlement learning menu. CONSTITUTION:When the learner selects the journalization learning menu by operating an input part 1, a control part C puts a journalization question storage part 2 in operation and outputs a question display field and a journalization slip field on a display 7. The learner inputs a tile of account and the amount of money in the journalization slip field corresponding to a question in the question display field. The control part C puts a correct/incorrect decision part 6 in operation to decides whether or not the answer is correct, and outputs the contents of the correct answer in a correct answer storage part 5 on the display 7 when the answer is incorrect. Then, when the learner selects the settlement learning menu by operating the input part 1, the control part C reads data out of a account settlement storage part 3 and outputs a balance sheet and a statement of profit and loss on the display 7. Consequently, the learner can learn the settlements of accounts corresponding to the journalization question. |
