PURPOSE:To reduce the vanishment of important transaction data in a POS system, to reduce a data storage area, and to decentralize a load on the whole system. CONSTITUTION:A shop control information processor (controller A) 100, a PLU box (controller B) 200, and a POS register terminal (POS) 300 have decentralized transaction data storage areas, and transaction data which are generated by the POS 300, are stored in the POS 300 and controller B200 and gathered on the controller A100. Then, the POS register terminal 300 and controller B200 have the decentralized transaction data storage areas and then the data vanishment is reducible. Further, the data storage area in the controller B200 is cyclically used to decrease the capacity. Further, the load on the controller A100 is lightened to improve the throughput of the whole system. |
