PURPOSE:To prevent calling information of incoming calls from being aborted due to stagnation. CONSTITUTION:When an automobile telephone exchange 1 detects that the utilizing rate of an outgoing control channel of a specific cell site is increased, dialing restriction information is sent to cell sites 2, 3 to limit dialing from automobile telephone sets 6(7) resident in the relevant cell site. As a result, since the transmission of a speech channel number attended with an outgoing control channel dial call is reduced, the utilizing rate is decreased and the stagnation of outgoing call information is prevented. |
