Profiled bodies are characterized by being made of a single or multiple layer paper material, possibly reinforced by a less rigid reinforcing layer. The individual layers have a maximum weight of 150 g/cm<2>. The profiled bodies have one or several cavities with at least 1.5 mm free height. The cavities are produced by stamping by means of a male mould and a corresponding die (female mould). Also disclosed are a process for producing said profiled bodies and a fibre-reinforced material which is particularly suitable for producing said profiled bodies. |
