The device converts analog signal into digital signal and reduces an error by reduction of feed back gains. The device includes a sampling means (101) for sampling the analog image signal, a 1st A/D conversion means (103) for converting the analog signal into the 8 bit digital signal, 1st and 2nd delay means (104,115) for delaying the analog signal, 2nd and 4th delay means (109,108) for delaying the lower 4 bit and higher 4 bit, a 1st subtracting means (105) for subtracting between the analog and the output of the 1st delaying means, a gain adjust means (106), a 2nd A/D conversion means (107), a data selecting means (118) and a threshold means (113).
