PURPOSE:To make it possible to wind wires at higher speed than the conventional speed or wind very small-gauge wires by controlling tensile force. CONSTITUTION:This winding machine provides a bobbin 1, a flyer 2 and a control circuit 3. The bobbin 1 is fixed with a mounting shaft 5 rotated by a motor 4 and driven so as to make a positive rotation while the flyer 2 discharges a wire rod 6 inserted into a hollow shaft 2a from a wire discharge opening 2b which is opened to one end of a branch socket and wounds the wire around the bobbin 1. It is opposed to the bobbin 1 and pivotally supported by a bearing 7 and driven by the motor 4 so as to make a positive rotation or a reverse rotation. The control circuit 3 is designed to control the rotating state of the motor 4. |
