<p>PURPOSE:To enhance work efficiency by making it possible to rearrange a plurality of rod-like substrates from lateral arrangement to longitudinal arrangement simultaneously in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:Conveyors 1a, 1b for transferring rod-like substrates A' while arranging laterally are provided with a stopper 2 which abuts on the rod-like substrate being transferred. A magazine 3 for accomodating the rod-like substrates in longitudinally arranged posture is disposed in front of the conveyor in the conveying direction thereof while scooping members 4a, 4b are arranged on the opposite sides of the conveyor. The scooping members 4a, 4b are constructed to be lifted at the position of the stopper 2 and moved to a position above the magazine 3 and then lowered below the magazine 3. A plurality of protrusions 11 for pushing up the rod-like substrates A' are provided on the top surface of the scooping member along the conveying direction of the conveyor and the inclination angle of sensors connecting the protrusions is controlled.</p> |
