PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy of the fine control of the amount and rate of the deformation of the piezoelectric body with attention to the equivalent capacitance of the piezoelectric body by using a controller provided with an information storage section, a charge calculating means, a charge control circuit, and a piezoelectric body whose deformation rate is controlled by the current outputted from the charge control circuit. CONSTITUTION:The controller of the present invention is provided with an information storage section 1 for storing information such as about the relationship between the equivalent capacitance of a piezoelectric body 4 and the voltage applied thereto in which the capacitance is made to correspond to the voltage, a charge calculating means 2 for calculating the amount of electron charge which the piezoelectric body 4 is charged with and which is discharged therefrom using equivalent capacitance data of the piezoelectric body 4 read out from the information storage section 1, a charge control circuit 3 for charging the piezoelectric body 4 with a current and discharging the current therefrom using a control signal from the charge calculating means 2, and the piezoelectric body 4 whose displacement rate is controlled by a current output from the charge control circuit 3. |
