PURPOSE:To rotate the rotor installed at the end face with high torque and besides stably by maximizing the amplitude of vibration at both end faces. CONSTITUTION:An oscillator 29 is formed by sandwiching piezoelectric elements 1 and 2 with resonators 5 and 6 through electrode plates 3, 4, and 7 and welding and fixing them with the flange 26 and the fixing nut 28 provided on a fastening member 10. At this time, since cup-shaped recesses 5a and 6a are formed inside an oscillator 29, the oscillator 29 is fixed at the nearly center of the fastening member 10. Hereby, the position of the maximum amplitude of oscillation can be generated at the peripheries of both end faces, and the rotor 8 can be rotated efficiently. |
