PURPOSE:To provide an economical packet exchange by distributing equally a load to plural communication control modules, and utilizing effectively the capacity of the whole equipment, even if the capacity of each communication control module is comparatively small. CONSTITUTION:Every two of all communication control modules in the equipment are paired in advance as one pair of 1 and 2, and 3 and 4, and each communication control module 1, 2, 3 and 4 is provided with a distributing unit 11 for distributing to a call connecting request C2 processed by the own communication control module and a call connecting request C3 processed by the other communication control module of a pair thereof, depending on the own load state, at the time point when a call connecting request C1 is received. |
