CONSTITUTION:An oscillation type speed input circuit 6, a directly-coupled speed input circuit 7, a large-scale integrated circuit 8, a backward sensor 9 and a self-diagnosing circuit 18 for confirming the functions of AC amplifiers 11, 12 are added in a state that a train is stopped immediately before its movement, characteristic changes of the respective sections are grasped, and a trouble is predicted. |
