<p>PURPOSE: To recover a copper wire and aluminium of high purity as they are, by completely separating a coating film of a synthetic resin, particularly polyethylene, from a waste electric wire, and to manufacture the synthetic resin of the waste electric wire film with the desired shape through an extruder. CONSTITUTION: An inlet and outlet of a waste electric wire are formed on the front and rear faces of a vacuum heating furnace 10, an inert gas inlet, a temperature gauge 22 and a vacuum gauge 23 are installed outside the vacuum heating furnace, the vacuum heating furnace comprises a heating wire uniformly installed inside the furnace, and a netlike supporting part 15 installed at a lower part, and a discharge port 18 communicated with a vacuum pump 70, is installed at a lower end of the vacuum heating furnace. The waste electric wire is inserted into a device for recovering a copper wire or an aluminium wire from the waste electric wire, and the vacuum heating furnace replaced by the inert gas, the pressure inside the vacuum heating furnace is reduced, then the coating of the waste electric wire is melted to be removed at 280-420 deg.C, then the inert gas is charged into the vacuum heating furnace, the pressure inside of the furnace is increased by the normal pressure, and then the furnace is cooled.</p> |
