PURPOSE:To devise a radio portable set left in the non-talking state for a long period to sound an alarm tone and to inform processor information having been stored in advance in a radio portable telephone set by means of display instruction or of voice sounding. CONSTITUTION:When a radio portable set is left from a mount base and a non-talking time reaches a set time, it is discriminated that the radio portable set is left unoperated. When the leaving state is discriminated, a tone ringer generating circuit 8 built in to inform the arrival of a call to the radio portable set is started and a warning tone is sent form a receiver 5. In order to recognize the possessor in this case, processor information entered by an entry key 15 of the radio portable set in advance or the processor information inputted in voice from a transmitter 6 is outputted onto a display device 16 or the receiver 5. These operations are realized by using a charge detection circuit 18, a possessor information storage memory 25, a voice storage circuit 26 and a program working on a CPU 12.
