PURPOSE:To dispense with a storage battery for illuminating a light dark boundary part by a solar battery, and contract the scale of a system. CONSTITUTION:As a luminance, semiconductor light emitting means 51-5n having less consumed power are adapted, and a control device 2a converts only the direct output of a solar battery array 1 so that an illuminance almost proportional to the quantity of solar radiation and supplies it to the semiconductor light emitting means 51-5n. The semiconductor light emitting means 51-5n are preferably arranged in rows, and the control device 2a selects at least one semiconductor light emitting means 51-5n so that the lighting position is successively moved, and the lighting operation is repeated. |
