PURPOSE:To dispense with a switch action and improve the power saving effect by automatically blinking an LED according to the necessity of a light for identification at night. CONSTITUTION:A storage battery 4 stores the electricity fed from a solar battery and excites a light emitting diode (LED) 6 via a control circuit 5 integrated with various semiconductor elements. A brightness detector 7 is constituted of a light sensor, and it detects the light having the preset illuminance or above near the sun light and outputs the signal to the control circuit 5. A vibration detector 8 is constituted of a vibration sensor, and it detects the vibration having the preset amplitude or above near the vibration of an automobile or a bicycle during its travel and outputs the signal to the control circuit 5. The control circuit 5 judges whether the automobile or the bicycle is currently in the dark state and the vibration state based on the signals from the brightness detector 7 and the vibration detector 8, it excites the storage battery 4 and LED 6 only in the dark state and the vibration state, and it illuminates and lights the LED 6. |
