PURPOSE:To provide a circuit generating reciprocal of angular cosine of a simple constitution which has a small number of signal lines and obtains the reciprocal value of cosine of an input angle signal without converting to a digital signal. CONSTITUTION:A square circuit 1 inputs an angle signal and outputs the square value of the angle signal. An amplifier circuit 2 inputs the output of the circuit 1 to output 0 when the input is less than a prescribed level and to output the value obtained by subtracting the prescribed value from the input when the input is larger than the prescribed level, respectively. Then, an adder circuit 9 performs the addition and subtraction among the angle signal, the output of the circuit 1, and the output of the circuit 2, and the constant value in the prescribed ratios. |
