PURPOSE:To prevent flux from creeping from an aperture part onto the upper surface of a printed board, by setting the aperture part in the half-punched state with a press, forming a hole on the other side where a hook-switch is fixed, and making the half-punched part of the aperture part the same plane as the printed board. CONSTITUTION:An aperture part 13 is formed on a printed board 4 for operating a hook-switch 9. In order to constitute the aperture part 13, the oriented board is half-punched with a press in the course of manufacturing process, and a caul 21 is formed. The caul 21 is positioned on the same plane as the printed board 4, and a hole part 24 is formed in a part of the caul 21. Thereby flux at the time of soldering is blocked by the caul 21, and soldering is enabled without the mixing of flux into the case of the hook-switch 9, so that the printed board 4 of high reliability can be obtained. The aperture part 13 can be easily constituted by pushing the caul. |
