FLAT TRANSFORMER

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a flat transformer which can be mounted on a printed circuit board without using a package and has an excellent high frequency characteristic. CONSTITUTION:A coil body 1 is provided with coil patterns consisting of a conductive material on the front and rear surfaces of a substrate having flexibility. The coil patterns are determined in the position and shape to obtain mutual conductance. Magnetic cores 2a, 2b are stacked on both surfaces of the coil body 1 in such an area corresponding to the coil pattern. The one core 2a is engaged with a fitting hole 7 provided on a printed wiring board 3 for the fixing on the printed wiring board 3. The other core 2b is fixed on the coil body 1. Both end portions of the coil body 1 are caused to pass through a slit hole 8 provided on the printed wiring board 3. A conductor pattern of the printed wiring board 3 and a terminal pattern 5 of the coil body 1 are electrically and mechanically fixed by the solder 9.
