PURPOSE:To easily set mirror-symmetrical and mirror-asymmetrical triangular and trapezoidal membership functions MF. CONSTITUTION:An MF generating circuit of an analog type works in a voltage mode and is provided with an amplifier circuit 1 which uses the input voltage VIN and the variable label adjusting voltage Vx which sets a shift extent of the voltage VIN as the input and can change the tilt of the output, a differential amplifier circuit 2 which inputs the output to one of both sides and the external voltage VH which sets the voltage of the intersecting point between the right and left sides of the MF to the other side and outputs a straight line showing the left side of the MF, a differential amplifier circuit 4 which inputs the inverted output of the VH to one of both sides and the output of the circuit 1 to the other side and outputs a straight line showing the right side of the MF, a minimum value circuit 5 which compares the results outputted from both circuits 2 and 4 with each other and decides the shape of the MF, an adder circuit 6 which inputted the VH and the output of the circuit 5 to one of both sides and the VW to the other side and keeps the height of the MF at a fixed level, and a lower limit deciding circuit which decides the lower limit of the output of the circuit 6. |
