PURPOSE:To eliminate any possibility of mixing particles contained in the air into resin even under the control of ordinary environment so as to improve the quality of an insulating resin compact by retaining each of metal moulds in its longitudinal direction during the whole process of injection-moulding a resin into the insulating resin compact, in the method for injection-moulding the resin into the resin compact. CONSTITUTION:Plural metal moulds 14 are each allowed to flow on a manufacturing line while splits 141 formed respectively in the metal moulds 14 are each retained in their longitudinal directions. For the flow process of the one metal mould 14, the initially composed metal mould 14 in its preheated condition is traversed to a material injecting station by a traverser, and then a resin is injected into the metal mould 14. After that, the metal mould 14 having the resin injected thereinto is traversed to a specified nipping type heating deice by the traverser, and then it is nipped between heating plates 32 for a specified time so that a material of the resin may be cured. After that, the metal mould 14 having the resin material completely cured therein is traversed to a mould releasing/composing station so that the resin material may be released from the metal mould 14, and then a reusable metal mould is recomposed of metal sub-moulds decomposed as a result of the release of the resin material from the old metal mould 14. In this case, the recomposed metal mould 14 is retained in its longitudinal direction on a carriage 5. After that, this metal mould 14 provided with the carriage 5 is traversed to the nipping type heating device, and then it is inserted between the heating plates 32 in the nipping type heating device. Also traversing the metal mould 14 to and from the material injecting station can be carried out in the same manner as described above. |
