<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the manhour in mounting of a core and materialize the accurate positioning in mounting by constituting the core and a mounting metal fitting by discharge insert molding. CONSTITUTION:This is a rotating transformer which has a core 3 made of ferrite resin and performs the transfer of a signal between the fixed drum and the rotating drum of a magnetic recorder reproducer, and is provided with a disclike mounting metal fitting 31 being constituted integrally by injection molding with a core 3 so as to mount the core 3 to the drum. A coaxial bend may be provided for this mounting metal fitting and projected between the coil grooves inside the core. And the adhesive strength by a binder may be increased by making the core out of ferrite resin, and roughening the bottom face of the coil groove. Hereby, the core can be mounted and attached simply in accurate position of the drum.</p> |
