PURPOSE:To provide a cordless telephone set with a slave set recording function whose convenience of use is improved by allowing both a master set and a slave set to make recording. CONSTITUTION:A master set A and a slave set B are respectively provided with recording and reproducing sections 15, 24 recording a message of an opposite party receiving an incoming call in the telephone message recording mode, the message from the opposite party is recorded by a recording and reproducing section 15, and when the recording capacity of the recording and reproducing section 15 of the master set A is fully occupied, the message is succeedingly recorded by the recording and reproducing section 24 of the slave set B. Moreover, the message from the opposite party with respect to the incoming call is recorded by the recording and reproducing section 15 of the master set A, and the message is recorded by the recording and reproducing section 24 of the slave set B with respect to the incoming call having a password. Furthermore, the message from the opposite party is sequentially recorded by the recording and reproducing section 15 of the master set A and only the newest content of the telephone message recording is left in the recording and reproducing section 24 of the slave set at all times. |
