<p>PURPOSE:To improve the sound quality of a response message concerning a facsimile equipment with a message recording function, where a laser beam printer is used as a printing means. CONSTITUTION:When a control means 4 detects a recording request, a switch 2 is turned off, a cooling fan 1 is turned off and also a beep sound generating means 3 generates beep sound for a prescribed period till the cooling fan 1 stops. The prescribed period passes and beep sound stops so that recording start time is informed. Therefore, noise given from the cooling fan 1 is not recorded since the response message is recorded after beep sound stops.</p> |
