<p>PURPOSE:To improve accuracy of a temperature on a finishing outlet in the case of deciding a spray manipulated variable on a feedforward control of a cooling spray between stands by applying an online identifying method used a Karman filter. CONSTITUTION:The feedforward control of a cooling spray is performed by deciding the spray manipulated variable from each speed of mills, the outlet plate thickness, finishing inlet temp. and a target finishing outlet temp. calculated from a bar thickness and the target plate thickness respectively and sprays at the moment of arriving a tracking point just under the spray. This manipulated variable of spraying for cooling between stands is decided by a learning coefficient of a heat transfer coefficient, an emissivity, an equivalent heat transfer coefficient between the stands which are determined by a descaling apparatus identified on-line by the Karman filter. In this way, the finishing outlet temp. is maintained constantly on the target finishing outlet temp.</p> |
