PURPOSE:To save the space for installation by selecting a few process classification units from the plural process classification units, connecting and containing them in a unit containing part and constituting a device which a required image mode can be conducted. CONSTITUTION:The heights of the respective units are constituted in such a way that an inversion unit is 50mm, an image-forming unit 103 and paper feeding units 105, 106 are 100mm and a scanner unit 101 and a sorter paper discharging unit 102 are 150mm. The height of the case of a cabinet copying machine 10 containing the units, which is from the upper surface to the bottom plate of the device, is 650mm being the common multiple of the respective unit heights. The copying machine 10 which casters are fixed is 700mm in the whole height and it is equal to the height of a desk for an office. In result, the copying machine enhances compatibility in a layout among the respective units and the layouts of the respective units can be freely executed so that the generation of useless space is eliminated and correspondence to a function which a user requires is possible. |
