PURPOSE:To apply control suitable for a state to plural house appliances by monitoring each house appliance based on characteristic information of each house appliance so as to control the plural house appliances integrally from a computer and also to allow each house appliance to report the operating state of the house appliances to the computer. CONSTITUTION:At the time of application of power, an up-load program 202 in house appliances 102-108 up-loads house appliance initial characteristic information to a computer 101 via a communication means 201. Moreover, when an event to be reported to the computer 101 takes place in the inside of the house appliances 102-108, an operating state program 206 reports the house appliance dynamic characteristic information to the computer 101 via the communication means 201. The control program 204 in the computer 101 uses the house appliance initial characteristic information to control the house appliances 102-108. When the house appliance characteristic information is reported, an operating state notice reception program 207 processes it. |
