<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the number of terminals required for the data input and output of the P-ROM incorporated type semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION:A bit selecting circuit 6 and a bit selecting circuit 7 select one bit among bits DO-D7 of data with bit selection signals BS0-BS2 generated by a bit selection signal generating circuit and the selected bit is inputted and outputted through a data input/output terminal 4. Here, the bit selection signals BS0-BS2 are so generated by the bit selection signal generating circuit 8 that all the bits D0-D7 of the data are selected more than once within the shortest period for inputting or outputting one data, thereby inputting and outputting data with a small number of terminals.</p> |
